This blend is well known for its role in aiding for digestion, soothing occasional stomachaches, and also maintaining overall digestive health when taken internally. It has a very sweet, minty, and spicy aroma to it. I’ve used this oil countless times along with my family whenever a stomach ache occurs and I’d say it works miracles.

USES & DIRECTIONS:

  • Add a few drops to water or tea to take internally and maintain a healthy gastrointestinal tract
  • Rub on the stomach before flying or taking a road trip for a calming aroma.
  • When diffusing, use three or four drops in your diffuser
  • When taking internally, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid
  • For topical use, apply one or two drops to desired area
  • Just a heads up: to minimize any skin sensitivity, dilute the oil, before putting onto skin, with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil

 

CAUTIONS:

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
